The Unauthorized Biography of Rosco P. Coltrane

When it's my moment in the sun, I won't forget that I am blessed, but every hero walks alone, thinking of more things to confess

These Pictures of You

Jen and I went on a trip to Kentucky in early January. On the way back, we stopped at the Arch in St. Louis. Here are a few of the pictures.

This is a picture of me. We had just gotten in the elevator pod. It shook a little bit, and I had just told Jen something that I had never told her before. "Hey Babe, did I ever tell you that I kinda have a fear of elevators."

I took the picture on the way back. The weird lady that had a mustache told us we had a minute or two before we went back down. Jen was too afraid to get out, but I welcomed the chance. And took her picture.

If you look in the background, there is a cop car driving on the sidewalk.

This is Jen fighting one of the "invisible homeless people" that she was afraid of. It was quite amusing.

This was the craziest thing. There was a pin pad on a pole outside the Arch. Jen typed in the code 867-5309. Sirens began to go off. A missile came out of the ground. So we ran.
